Wood Norton Retirement Village to be installed with mock Tudor Replica Wood.

Replica Wood Ltd are delighted to announce that our mock Tudor Replica Wood has been chosen to feature on the Tudor-style exteriors of the stunning ‘Wood Norton Retirement Village’ currently under construction in Witney, Oxfordshire.

Construction of the development will be undertaken by BAM Construction, who secured the contract with BUPA-owned client Richmond Care Villages, and is due to be completed in September 2018.

The new development will create 48 village apartments for independent living, 46 suites for assisted living, and a 60-bed care home providing nursing and dementia care. In addition, there will be a wellness spa, lounges, library, terrace café, restaurant and garden bar. It will be lavishly landscaped as is the norm for Richmond Care Village developments.
