Our Replica Oak Tudor Boards were selected by the main contractors Fletcher Homes and are being installed by General All Purpose Plastics (GAP Ltd).

Replica Wood’s Tudor Boards were chosen for their authentic appearance, long life, easy installation and cost effectiveness, with the contract lasting several months.

Maudslay Park, a stunning new Retirement Village set in 90-acres of parkland in the beautiful Warwickshire village of Great Alne, is a new development of luxury Tudor style cottages and apartments centred around a sympathetic recreation of the magnificent Great Alne Hall, which is home to a prestigious clubhouse.

Maudslay Park Retirement Village adds to our growing portfolio of new-build developments.
